Ingredients

  • 240 g tahini
  • 60 ml melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or agave sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 40 g chocolate chips

Method

  1. Line 20 x 10 cm loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. Mix together tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup (or agave sweetener), vanilla, and salt.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour fudge into the pan.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
